Are my boots eligible?
Not all boots qualify for repair services. Depending on the condition of the different parts of the boot, it may be a better choice to order a brand new pair of Harlicks. Please send photos and a detailed description of your current boots to info@harlick.com for a more thorough assessment.
Shipping your boots
Once your boots have been verified for repairing, package them in a durable box with the return form filled in so that we can begin the process at our factory.
FAQs
Yes, we do repairs on non-Harlick boots. A $50 surcharge will be added to these brands. Be sure to verify that your boots are eligible for repairs in advanced.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the Harlick factory. Our address can be found on our contact page.
Most repairs take approximately 3-10 business days for completion. Brand new soles will take approximately 3 – 5 weeks.
